Overview

The temperature rising time is less than 5 seconds with an accuracy of ±1°C. An optimised CFD design, patented mechanical design, as well as professional control algorithms ensure an accurate and energy-saving heater power management. Up to 6 mechanical and electrical safety precautions, 50,000 alternating hot and cold water testing, 150,000 hours life test ensure a safe and comfortable end user experience.

The temperature rising time is less than 5 seconds (Assuming the target temperature is 41°C and the outflow temperature reaches 35°C)
The temperature control stability is ±1°C (The measured value at our lab is ±0.5°C)
The temperature fluctuation is less than 3°C when the instantaneous flow fluctuation is 300mL/s
The temperature fluctuation is less than 3°C when the instantaneous voltage fluctuation is 10% variation in 0.5 seconds
The temperature fluctuation is less than 1.5°C when the inflow temperature is fluctuated
The highest temperature is limited to 45°C when the inflow is cut-off and then restored

Performance

Cam Dragon Instant Heater provides continuous and comfortable heating to the users. The outflow temperature responses instantly and precisely. The temperature rising time from inflow temperature to 35°C is less than 5 seconds, and the heating time needed to increase from 35°C to the target temperature is less than 3 seconds with an accuracy of ±1°C. The heating performance of our instant heater is custom-based according to users' requests.
